How to Submit a Nomination

Nominations are being accepted for the following:

- 2013 Atkinson-Stern Award for Distinguished Public Service

- 2013 George A. Bray Founders Award

- 2013 TOPS Research Acheivement Award

- 2013 Lilly Scientific Achievment Award

- 2013 Mickey Stunkard Lifetime Achievement Award

Self nominations will not be accepted.

A nominator should not submit a nominee for multiple awards in a given year.

The nomination should include:

1. A letter of recommendation (signed by two members of The Obesity Society) stating:

•  Your reasons for nominating the individual
•  The nominee’s qualifications for the specified award
•  An overall summary of the nominee’s contributions to the field of obesity

2. The nominee’s complete CV

3. Other letters of support from individuals (these may come under separate cover)
