The Arkansas Children's Nutrition Center (ACNC) is one of six USDA/ARS National Human Nutrition Research Centers and is partnered with the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Research Institute (ACHRI) in Little Rock, AR. ACNC investigators are either UAMS professors or federal (USDA) employees. There is an existing team of experience-diverse investigators consisting of 22 PhD/MD faculty members with multiple funding sources (NIH, ACNC, ACHRI, UAMS, and Private).
Tenured Full or Associate Professors — Seeking established investigators with demonstrated publication and grant award records in human nutrition, body composition, and obesity.
Assistant Professors — Seeking junior investigators working in developmental nutrition (clinical, basic, translational).
