Q: The system did not ask for a billing address/a place to enter my billing address was not available.
A: Only a mailing address is required to process and ship your order.
Q: My address listed as "null" on the confirmation page. Did my address go through?
A: Yes, your address did go through and should be listed in your confirmation email. We have encountered an occasional glitch in the system resulting in the "null" confirmation on this page, and are working to address the issue.
If the above FAQ didn't answer your questions, please send an email with the subject "Problem with My Guidelines Order" to firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include the following details. We will do our very best to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.
1) Your full name.
2) The billing address where you would like your order to be sent.
3) A full description of the problem you encountered and a screengrab, if available.
4) The date and time that you encountered the issue.
