Education
Obesity 2010 provides educational opportunities for professionals
working within the obesity field. This year, continuing education
credit opportunities will be available to physicians, physician
assistants, dietitians, pharmacists, and nurses.
At the conclusion
of Obesity 2010, attendees will be able to demonstrate the 2010
Learning Objectives, whether
this be the analysis of recent basic research studies, clinical
studies, and population studies or the implementation of new strategies
and techniques.
Late-Breaking Abstracts: Deadline August 2
Late-Breaking Abstracts present new and high-impact research for which results
were not available at the standard abstract deadline. Late-Breaking Abstracts
addressing basic, clinical or population research can be submitted by August 2,
2010.
The abstract submission site is now open.
Live Learning Center
All Obesity 2010 attendees will have access to numerous annual meeting sessions through the Live Learning Center. Attendees can earn additional continuing education credit after the meeting, view sessions they can't attend on site, and see Annual Scientific Meeting sessions from previous years.
Poster Sessions
Posters will be on display in the Exhibit Hall from October 9, through October 11. Poster authors will be available at their poster boards to discuss their research during. For session times, view the Advance Program.
